An award-winning Cumbrian accountancy firm has been given top marks in an industry survey.
Lamont Pridmore has surpassed key benchmarks within the CharterGroup accountancy alliance to top the network’s annual inter-firm comparison survey.
The CharterGroup accountancy alliance, founded in 1986, is one of the UK’s premier national alliances of quality independent accountancy practices.
Its annual inter-firm comparison offers their members a benchmarking tool to evaluate their performance and productivity against one another and is used to further improve their services and develop their teams.
The team were found to have performed strongly in the survey – delivering 40 per cent more value to their clients than the other surveyed firms, and they were 28 per cent more efficient in the process. The firm also performed well operationally, with lower-than-average running costs.
