A Lake District holiday park operator has won three golds at a prestigious awards ceremony.
Parkdean Resorts, which runs Fallbarrow, Limefitt, White Cross Bay and Gatebeck holiday parks, came out on top in the British Travel Awards.
The UK’s leading holiday park operator repeated its success from 2022, once again taking home the gold award in all three categories it was nominated for: Best Company for UK Family Holidays, Best Company for UK Parks and Lodges Holidays, and Best Company for UK Short Breaks.
It has a remarkable winning streak at the awards, where it has won at least one accolade for 13 years running.
The awards are the largest consumer-voted travel awards in the UK, and in 2023 a record 1,660,863 votes were cast across the travel and leisure categories.
Xavier Vallee, chief customer officer at Parkdean Resorts, said: “These awards mean so much to us because they’re voted for by the people who visit our parks. Our teams are committed to creating amazing experiences for all our holidaymakers and holiday home owners, and for so many members of the public to vote for us in these three categories shows what a fantastic impact our people have had over the last year.”
Parkdean Resorts operates a total of 66 holiday parks across the UK.
