Cumbria Business Expo 2024 will be held in Carlisle next month.
The event, at Carlisle Racecourse, takes place on Friday September 20 from 9am to 3pm.
It is supported by Carlisle Ambassadors and Cumberland Council.
The Cumbria Business Expo is one of four annual regional exhibitions delivered by Shout Expo in the North West, alongside Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region. The Cumbria Business Expo is expected to attract around 100 exhibitors and more than 1,000 visitors.
Director of Shout Connect, Jordan Conlin, said: “We were overwhelmed by the response to last year’s inaugural Cumbria Business Expo and we’re really looking forward to returning to Carlisle Racecourse in September.
“The thriving Cumbria business community offers a wide range of commercial, public sector and private sector organisations.
“We know from last year that there is a huge appetite for large B2B exhibitions in the region that provide businesses with the perfect platform to showcase their products and services. It’s going to be busy, and we’ll be ready for it!”
Mark Fryer, leader of Cumberland Council, said: “We want to do all we can to support local businesses in the Cumberland area, and the Cumbria Business Expo will once again showcase the region to potential investors and put the spotlight on Cumberland.”
