A Carlisle HR consultancy has expanded.
Realise HR, founded by Claire McLean, has opened new offices near Rosehill in the city and appointed two new team members.
Ellie Marshall has joined as recruitment partner and Lisa Nelson has joined as HR partner.
The firm said it was projecting 40% growth this year.
Claire, chief executive of the firm, said: ““We’re not just growing in size, we’re growing in impact.
