A financial planning consultant has joined a leading Cumbrian financial planning firm.
Bianca Chibanda has been appointed by Armstrong Watson Financial Planning Ltd and is based in the firm’s Kendal office.
She has over eight years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked with leading firms including Quilter, Tier One Capital, and True Potential.
In her new role, Bianca works with a diverse client base, delivering tailored solutions in key areas such as retirement planning, investment strategy and protection planning.
She said: “After working with some of the biggest names in financial services, I was drawn to Armstrong Watson’s strong values and client-first approach.
“I’m excited to be part of a team that is passionate about making a real difference, and I look forward to building long-term relationships with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals with confidence.”

Bianca’s appointment is one of three strategic hires in the financial planning team, with financial planning consultants Thomas Edwards and Jacob Proudfoot joining the business in Newcastle and Hexham, respectively.
It also comes after 12 new financial advisory colleagues joined the team in Glasgow when Armstrong Watson acquired Martin Aitken and Co earlier this year, strengthening the Armstrong Watson Financial Planning cohort to just under 70 colleagues across the business.
