Kimberly-Clark’s Barrow plant has joined Cumbria Chamber of Commerce as a partner member.
Based at Park Road, Kimberly-Clark Barrow is a vital part of the region’s industrial heritage and a leader in sustainable pulp and hygiene product manufacturing.
There was a recent £125 million investment in advanced technology at the site by the firm.

National Grid has joined the chamber as a patron member.

Its patron membership – the Chamber’s highest and most exclusive tier – will provide enhanced visibility, policy influence, and collaborative opportunities to support Cumbrian enterprises in areas such as sustainable energy and supply chain development, and skills training.
