A Carlisle supermarket building could be yours for £4.5 million.
The 35,807sq ft Asda superstore on the St Nicholas Gate retail park is set to go under the hammer on June 11.
The substantial leasehold interest is up for grabs with Acuitus.
Asda will remain trading.
It said it generated an annual gross rental income of £771,722 a year, rising to £894,657 a year in May 2028 and £1,037,175 a year in May 2033.
The current lease with Asda expires in May 2038 which coincides with the headlease resulting in the buyer effectively handing back the keys in May 2038.
Jon Skerry of Acuitus said: “This prominent superstore investment offers strong income returns throughout the ownership period, with fixed rental increases over the coming five-yearly rent review periods.”
