A leading Cumbrian estate agency has created a new role to help it grow its business.

Kate Patrick has been appointed as head of estate agency at H&H Land & Estates.

The company said she will “drive business presence and performance, and assist in supporting the direction of estate agency”.

She has 15 years’ of experience in the property industry.

Born and raised in Carlisle,  Kate said:  “H&H Land & Estates is a highly respected brand, and in my new role I want to work with our existing teams across our estate agencies to broaden our reach.

“To continue to achieve success, we must understand the markets and the changing needs of these markets, and also respond to the buyers of the next generation.

“So, I will be building on our very strong foundations to ensure we can meet the demand of these rapidly changing times, from both a customer focused and digital perspective.”

Colin Tomlinson, managing director of H&H Land & Estates in Carlisle, said:  “We are absolutely delighted that Kate has decided to take up this challenge to work with us, and expand the scope of the estate agency side of the business.

“We created this new role at a time where H&H Land & Estates has been growing its market share, and her appointment is integral to our future growth.

“Kate is a highly experienced property professional, with the right skills, vision, and experience to take up this key role.”

H&H Land & Estates operates across the North of England and the Scottish Borders, with a well-established client base across offices in Carlisle, Penrith, Kendal, Grange-over-Sands, Keswick and Cockermouth.
