[N]apthens solicitors has been named as the region’s leading conveyancing firm at a top awards ceremony.

The law firm, which operates offices in Lancashire, Cumbria and Merseyside, scooped the title of North West conveyancing firm of the year at the LFS Conveyancing Awards 2017.

Known as the industry’s leading conveyancing awards, winners were chosen through a rigorous judging process including a mystery shopping exercise, survey of the law firm’s clients and an interview process.

More than 50 law firms were shortlisted for awards, with four North West firms in line for the regional award.

It is the second time Napthens has won the top regional prize, after being named the North West’s best in 2014.

Sarah Barnes, head of Residential Property at Napthens, said: “It is a real honour to be chosen for this award.

“It’s a reflection of all the hard work done by the whole team at Napthens, but also a great showcase of what our clients think of us.

“The awards have a real emphasis on customer service with our clients approached for their thoughts and to win the award twice now is a privilege. We’d like to thank all those clients who helped us to this success.”
