Glenn Howard, H&H Land & Estates

A new branch manager has been appointed at H&H Land & Estates’ Penrith office.

In his new role, which he will take on alongside his valuation commitments, Glenn will seek to continue driving the business’s presence and performance from the company’s Penrith office.

With a decade’s experience in property, Glenn has developed an extensive understanding of the market and its needs.

He began his career in the industry initially in social housing, before moving to the Carlisle branch of H&H Land & Estates in February 2016.

Glenn said: “This is a really exciting opportunity for me to continue my career within such a forward-thinking estate agency.

“The team we have assembled in Penrith (namely Leah Irving and Rob Anderson) are dynamic and progressive, and together we will keep striving to offer the most complete service possible to clients.”

Kate Patrick, head of estate agency for H&H Land & Estates said: “We are delighted that Glenn has agreed to take up this position.

” Over the years he has helped us establish a strong presence and a reliable, trustworthy and approachable reputation – all key factors which can be attributed to the dramatic increase we have seen in sales during 2020.

“The market is constantly evolving though, and I have no doubt that within his new role Glenn’s experience will help us ensure we are at the forefront of building on our successes as we now move into 2021.”

Glenn added: “I understand that customer service is at the very heart of our business, and here at H&H Land & Estates we pride ourselves on offering a unique and tailored service. In my role as branch manager, one of my specific aims is to support the individual needs of every client.”
