Gretna Green’s Gretna Hall Hotel has reopened after a revamp.
The hotel has been closed for five weeks to undergo the work and has now unveiled its new upgraded bar.
The investment in the bar was built by well-known Carlisle firm Cubby Construction.
Isabel Rhodes, chief executive at Gretna Green, said: “We look forward to welcoming and delighting our guests once more at Gretna Hall.
“Our newly extended and refurbished bar is a real focal point for our lounge and offers a modern place to visit for a drink on the day of a wedding or with family and friends.”
