A leading Cumbrian land and estate agency has announced its expansion in the South Lakes.
H&H Land & Estates will relocate its Kendal residential property and land agency teams to two new locations.
It is separating its multi-disciplinary practice, which currently share premises in the town into two divisions.
They will be based at new locations with scope for further growth and development and both will relocate in September.
The H&H Land & Estates estate property agency and residential lettings team will maintain their high street presence at 48 Branthwaite Brow, under the management of South Lakes branch manager Alex Bibby.
Headed by associate director Rachel Bagshaw, the land agency department, will now be based at the Cumbria Tourism Business Centre in Staveley.
Mark Johnson H&H Land & Estates managing director, said: “This is a hugely significant move for H&H Land & Estates in every respect and a major step in our plans to expand our presence in the South Lakes and the North West.
“In managing property sales and lettings, our new and improved location will increase exposure and footfall within the centre of Kendal.
“The move for our land agency team to a thriving rural location in Staveley is a natural fit and much more accessible for customers. Both of our new premises will create further opportunity and footprint to continue to grow and support the increasing range of services we can offer.
“Our digital footprint continues to grow and leads the way in innovation and progressive approaches to the market in which we operate.”
