Cumbrian housing developer Story Homes has been recognised by the UK Property Awards, winning two 5-star accolades for its Brigsteer Rise development in Kendal, as well as the award for ‘Best Developer Website’ for the second year running.
Brigsteer Rise beat competition from several national housebuilders to win the award for the ‘Best Residential Development’ in the Cumbria region as well as the award for ‘Best Residential Interior for a Show Home.’
Now in its 30th year, the UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts, focussing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
Story Homes was presented with the three awards at a ceremony on Friday 10th November at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square.
As winners of two 5-star awards, Story Homes will be entered into the European Property Awards, which determine Europe’s best property companies.
