A Carlisle restaurant is celebrating its first anniversary.
Sage & Vine will be a year old on Saturday. It is owned by Jane Beesley, her daughter Sofia Giovannini, and their team.
Jane transformed The Muddled Olive, a local restaurant, into Sage & Vine, infusing it with her love for fresh, flavourful, and authentic Mediterranean dishes.
The restaurant also features a wood fired pizza oven
Jane said: “We are incredibly grateful to our community for embracing Sage & Vine and making this first year so memorable.
“Our journey has been fuelled by our passion for bringing people together over delicious food, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of our wonderful customers. Here’s to many more years of culinary excellence.”
