Story Homes has won three prestigious national awards.
The Cumbrian firm picked up the accolades at the 2025 UK Property Awards, recognising outstanding achievements in design, finish and digital experience.
The housebuilder was awarded Best Residential Development in Lancashire for Tithe Gardens in Poulton-le-Fylde, Best Residential Interior for a show home in Lancashire, and also received the 5 Star Award for Best Developer Website – for the fourth consecutive year.
As winners of a 5 Star Award, the business will now progress to the European Property Awards, where it will compete alongside the continent’s leading developers.

The awards ceremony took place in London Marriott Hotel and forms part of the International Property Awards.
