A Cumbrian firm which supports neurodiverse entrepreneurs and small business owners is celebrating its fourth anniversary.
Founded by Ashleigh Veitch, Able Admin provides tailored virtual assistance, bookkeeping, project co-ordination, and social media support, with a particular focus on clients with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse conditions.
The firm’s approach blends expertise with an understanding of how different minds work best, helping entrepreneurs stay organised, compliant, and focused on their core goals.
Since relocating the business to Carlisle, Ashleigh serves as a business mentor and advisor with Cumbria Chamber of Commerce and Cumbria Growth Hub, supporting start-ups and small enterprises to reach their potential.
She is also a Trustee of Cumbria Family Support.
Earlier this year, Ashleigh took part as a mentor in the Positive Enterprise Programme, run by Cumbria Community Foundation and the Centre for Leadership Performance, helping guide emerging entrepreneurs through the challenges of running purpose-driven ventures.
Ashleigh said: “Celebrating four years of Able Admin feels like an incredible achievement, not just for me but for every client we’ve supported along the way.
“Our mission has always been to empower people to work in ways that suit them best, and being here in Cumbria allows us to do that while contributing to an inspiring, supportive community.”
With a background in criminology and plans to pursue a masters in law, Ashleigh also collaborates with solicitors and small legal firms to deliver reliable admin and case support, bringing her neurodiversity-aware approach to every project.
