Cumbria accountants, business and financial advisers, Armstrong Watson, have again launched their much-anticipated family, privately-owned and owner-managed business survey, the fifth of its kind, and are seeking the views on ‘arguably the most important sector of our economy.’

The firm is asking businesses across the UK to complete a series of multiple-choice questions that will provide a unique insight into the inner workings of family and owner-managed companies in areas including people, digitalisation and technology, innovation and growth, and planning to let go.

As with previous surveys, the results will be used to spot trends, highlighting issues and opportunities and areas where businesses may need support.

The full summary is then compiled into a free downloadable report – as well as focused findings on specific regions and sectors – and distributed to key influential stakeholders across the UK to ensure that the views of the family and owner-managed business community are heard and are front of mind.

The survey is now live and will run for three weeks.

Any family or owner-managed business wishing to take part can do so by visiting https://armstrongwatson.info/FamBizCC.

Anyone completing the survey has the opportunity to enter a draw to win a £200 Amazon voucher.

Armstrong Watson has been supporting and advising family and owner-managed businesses for over 155 years.

The firm has offices across Cumbria and is the largest independent accountancy firm in the North of England and Scotland with 19 locations.
