A Cumbrian estate agency has been crowned best in England at a national awards ceremony.
Milne Moser, which has offices in Kendal, Carnforth and Milnthorpe, scooped the accolade at England’s Business Awards.
The awards are based on public votes and a mystery shopper.
Paige McNaughton, sales manager at Milne Moser, said: “What an achievement! After what has been one of the busiest years ever in the housing market, we are absolutely thrilled to be named the Best Estate Agents in England.
“I am extremely proud of our team’s hard work and dedication, not forgetting our wonderful clients – many of whom so kindly voted for us to win this award and who make our job so worthwhile.”
Rebecca Ladell, director, added: “We finished 2021 with a hat-trick of awards including gold at the British Property Awards as the top letting agent in Kendal, Grange-over-Sands and Windermere, and also Best Lettings Agency in Cumbria at the prestigious ESTAS, another award based solely on customer recommendations and feedback.”
