One of Cumbria’s leading accountancy firms has appointed a new operations director to its South Cumbria team.
Dawn Devine joins Lamont Pridmore from a national Top 10 accountancy practice in Berkshire where she was a partner.
Dawn will now work across Lamont Pridmore’s South Cumbria offices in Kendal, Barrow and Carnforth.
Dawn is a qualified Association of Chartered Certified Accountants accountant with over 35 years’ experience in practice.
Dawn said: “My many years of experience in practice means I’m well equipped to understand the challenges our clients face in running their businesses. I’m enjoying getting to know them and better understand some of the sectors that are so important to this area, including engineering, retail, wholesale and hospitality and tourism.
“I focus on providing clients with holistic, proactive advice to help them to manage their business and personal financial affairs. It’s fantastic to work within a family business which enables me to provide a much more personal service than that offered in a more corporate environment.”
