A leading Cumbrian HR consultancy has a new name.
Dawson HR, based in Carlisle, supports businesses across Cumbria and throughout the UK.
Known as Dawson Kaveney HR since 2022, it has rebranded.
The consultancy, led by Helen Dawson, was founded in 2008 and became known as Dawson Kaveney HR when Helen took over in 2022.
This month, it is rebranding to Dawson HR.
Helen said: “I’m so excited about this next chapter. It’s more than just a new name and updated look, it reflects how far we’ve come and where we’re heading. It feels like the right moment to be taking that next step forward.
“The world of work has changed dramatically over the last few years. Businesses are facing significant changes as the Employment Rights Bill takes shape, while they navigate challenges around recruitment, retention, wellbeing and compliance.
“We’re growing to meet that need, bringing on new team members and expanding our offer to support more organisations at a deeper level.
“Our new identity reflects where we’re going. We’re professional and clear, but still rooted in the personal, down-to-earth support our clients rely on. It’s a fresh chapter and I’m really proud of how far we’ve come.”
The new brand identity was created in collaboration with local marketer Dan McAulay.
Dan said: “Helen was really keen to pay homage to the existing identity, but she also wanted a more confident, contemporary feel to match the next stage of the business.
“It was important that the new brand captured Dawson HR’s professionalism and warmth. The result is a brand that’s ready to grow, while still feeling familiar to the businesses that know and trust Helen’s approach.”
