The new location adds to the firms recent Birmingham and Manchester launches which add to locations across Northumberland, Sunderland, Durham, Newcastle, Tees Valley and Leeds.
Joe, who is a registered valuer and a fellow of the CAAV with 15 years’ experience in property, will support clients across Cumbria, Dumfries and Galloway, Ayrshire and Lanarkshire as part of Bradley Hall’s commitment to providing property services across the UK.
Joe said: “I am pleased to be bringing Bradley Hall to Cumbria and South West Scotland.
“The firm has over 37 years of experience in the residential and commercial property sector, an established and growing brand and central support system which I am excited to be working with.
“The rural areas across Cumbria and South West Scotland offer an abundance of opportunity, with many farms and commercial buildings requiring specialised property support. I am also looking forward to supporting residential clients across some beautiful areas around Cumbria.”
Joe will primarily be providing valuation and lease advisory services to commercial and residential clients, as well as providing agency support across the region, including in major towns such as Kendal, Carlisle and Penrith.
Richard Rafique, managing director- commercial at Bradley Hall, said: “With over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Joe is well placed to provide support for residents and businesses across the North West and benefits from a wealth of local knowledge.
“Joe joined us earlier this summer and has already proved to be a fantastic asset to Bradley Hall.
“His vast experience and knowledge in agricultural and rural land and properties adds another specialism to our growing team.
“We work with national, regional and local businesses, as well as private clients, and are keen to offer our services to as many people as possible.”
Bradley Hall, which was founded in 1988, is undergoing a period of significant expansion, with the recent appointments of Phil Bartleet and Charlotte Williams to run Bradley Hall offices in Birmingham and Manchester respectively.
The firm’s head office relocated to a larger building on Newcastle’s Grey Street in April and houses a number of departments including building surveying and property management.
The firm also launched its auctions service earlier this year, providing a high-quality digital portal for the buying and selling of commercial and residential auction properties across the UK.
The residential arm of the brand has also undergone a rebrand, creating a fresh new look for the estate agency services provided by team members on key high streets across the North East.
Bradley Hall has offices in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Sunderland, Northumberland, County Durham, Tees Valley, Leeds, the North West and Birmingham.
