An ambitious Cumbrian entrepreneur has brought together his three companies under a single brand.
Peacock Group brings together the businesses founded and developed by 36-year-old Kieron Peacock – civil engineering firm Peacock Precision Services, property specialists Peacock Properties North and the newly formed Peacock Equipment Hire.
Kieron said: “The past year has been a significant one with demand in our services growing substantially, requiring our teams to operate across a broader range of industries.
“Forming Peacock Group seemed the next logical step to bring the different strands of the business under one umbrella and represents the culmination of years of hard work and a vision to create a business which delivers excellence across multiple sectors including engineering, property and now equipment hire.
“By uniting the companies, we will adopt a group-wide standard for quality and customer service.
“We are entering 2026 in a very buoyant mood following a rise in requests for our services, and we are looking forward to what is building up to our busiest and most exciting year to date.”
Kieron founded Peacock Precision Services in 2018 and it has now grown into one of the North’s leading site specialists operating across highways, housing and retail, working on major projects across the UK.
The newest addition to Kieron’s business stable is Peacock Equipment Hire, set to launch early this year.
Kieron said he had acquired a large range of high-spec machinery over the years, and his latest venture was designed to make this specialist equipment more accessible to contractors.
Peacock Property Services specialises in the renovation, sales and lettings of residential and commercial properties.
Kieron added: “We opened Peacock House in December and the feedback and interest from businesses across Carlisle and Cumbria has blown us away.
“It was a huge undertaking to fully strip a 200-year-old former bank and renovate all 22 of the rooms, but we are delivering on our promise of delivering luxury and comfort at every turn.
“The initial success of the business centre has proved the decision to invest so much time and money into the venture was the right one, and also that providing premium and modern working spaces was something local companies were desperately wanting.”
