The Barnardo’s Eden 0-19 Child and Family Support Service (CFSS) is an early intervention service commissioned by Westmorland and Furness Council, working in the Eden Valley to meet the unmet needs of children and young people aged 0-19 years and their families, helping them to reach their full potential.
We are currently recruiting for a new Team Manager, a role which would involve supporting and contributing to the management of the 0-19 Child and Family Support Team to deliver on this child and family centred contract.
This job will be based at our North Eden Penrith Children’s Centre, with an expectation of working across the Eden Valley, meaning a valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
You also need to have a good understanding of social, educational, economic, and environmental factors and their effect on children, young people, and families.

Team Manager
Salary: £34,353 – £42,120 (full time equivalent)
This is a permanent 37-hour contract, with fixed days/hours but this may change with notice to suit the needs of the service and the families we support.
Must be flexible for occasional evening and weekend working.
