A Cumbrian vehicle rental firm has expanded its team due to increased demand across the North West.
FlexiRental, a leasing and fleet solutions provider, has appointed Daley Rogers in a business development role, focused on the nuclear and major projects sector, alongside Naomi Firth, who joins the business in an operational support capacity.
Daley brings over two decades of commercial leadership experience across media, business development, and strategic growth.
His background includes senior roles within national broadcast organisations and regional business improvement consultancy, where he led commercial strategy, brand positioning, and revenue growth initiatives.
At FlexiRental, Daley will lead strategic growth across West Cumbria, with a particular focus on supporting organisations operating within the nuclear supply chain and associated critical infrastructure sectors.
Alongside business development, he will use his broadcast and media experience to strengthen FlexiRental’s marketing strategy, communications, and brand presence as the company expands into new sectors.
Born and raised in West Cumbria, Daley brings a strong personal connection to the region and its industrial heritage.
Daley said: “West Cumbria is home to one of the most important nuclear clusters in the UK. The industry has supported families here for generations — including my own.
“I’m proud to now be in a position where I can help support the businesses that underpin our local economy.
“Reliability in the supply chain is critical, and FlexiRental’s model — flexible terms, long-term sustainability, and outstanding service — positions us perfectly to help organisations deliver on their commitments.
“My experience in broadcast and commercial media also allows us to communicate our value more clearly and confidently as we continue to grow.”
Supporting this expansion, Naomi Firth joins the team bringing extensive experience in retail management, administration, and operational control.
Her background includes overseeing multi-site retail operations, managing teams, and implementing structured administrative systems designed to improve efficiency, consistency, and customer experience.
At FlexiRental, Naomi will strengthen operational delivery, ensuring processes remain robust and scalable as demand increases.
FlexiRental managing director Mike Seggie said: “Our growth has been built on service, reliability, and long-term partnerships.
“Expanding the team ensures we maintain those standards while positioning ourselves for further growth — particularly within West Cumbria and the nuclear supply chain.
“Daley’s commercial and media expertise, combined with his regional roots, alongside Naomi’s operational strength, give us a strong platform for the next phase of our journey.”
