Laura Cadman celebrates five years of empowering leaders
A Carlisle-based leadership coach is celebrating five years of trading.
Since launching in 2019, Laura Cadman Ltd has supported businesses in Cumbria and as far afield as the Middle East, as well as one-to-one coaching with executives, leadership teams and aspiring leaders.
Laura said: “Reaching the five-year mark is such an incredible feeling, and I’m still really excited about what is yet to come.
“I’m thankful for those who have been a great support: my family, friends and business colleagues who’ve been my biggest cheerleaders and always given encouragement.
“A special thanks in particular to Sally Pratt, Sonia McNamara and Mel Kinsella too who are fellow women in business. Without them I wouldn’t be marking this incredible milestone.”
Laura, 39 from Carlisle, launched her business in January 2019 after experiencing the challenges of leadership as a CEO earlier in her career.

“When I decided to take the leap and launch my business, it was because there was a lack of authentic leadership development services. I wanted to help people with advice that is based on real experience, to produce results that truly last,” she said.
Laura has supported well-known businesses in Cumbria including McVities, Story Plant, Penrith Building Society and Stan Sherlock Associates.
