A Lake District hotel has been named the best wedding venue in Cumbria in regional awards.
Merewood Country House Hotel in Windermere won the category at the North West Wedding Awards.
Beth Dawson, one of Merewood’s wedding co-ordinators and a finalist for Best Wedding Co-ordinator, said: “Winning Best Wedding Venue Cumbria is a testament to our team’s dedication and passion. We strive to make every wedding unforgettable, and this recognition means the world to us.”
