A 12-acre woodland on the edge of the Lake District National Park overlooking Morecambe Bay is up for sale with a guide price of £100,000.
Lime Kiln Wood is on an east-facing limestone escarpment between Lindale and Grange-over-Sands.
The land is designated as an Ancient Semi-Natural Woodland and is made up of broadleaf species including oak, ash, yew, beech and hazel.
H&H Land & Estates, which is managing the sale, said the woodland was privately owned by a trust and has been managed primarily for the purposes of conservation and quiet enjoyment.

A woodland management plan has been in place over recent years and the woodland has been actively managed to boost biodiversity, including thinning and coppicing of hazel.
A lime kiln which has been stabilised and restored by the current owners is within the site which is accessible by a public footpath with a bridleway passing the eastern and northern boundaries of the plot.
