The majority of the development work took place at BMW – improving their ability to showcase the latest range of BMW models within a contemporary showroom. The new interior ‘roadway’ design incorporates interactive technology with a dedicated vehicle configurator for a truly personalised experience, along with permanently powered vehicles so that customers can really experience the digital-ecosystems of the cars they are interested in. There is also a newly created I-Area, M-Area and PHEV area – each designated and personalised for their specific trims.

Your journey – from reception to service to sales – is now even more streamlined and welcoming as improvements have been made to the reception and service areas.
The waiting area can now seat 24 in a new relaxing customer café area, which touches on BMW’s heritage with a new iSetta barista bar! Private and spacious consultation lounges have been added, there has been a complete refurbishment and extension of customer restrooms and brand-new customer handover bays have been constructed; meaning a bespoke and luxurious experience can be delivered on the collection of cars.
The workshops have also been extended to accommodate for 12 cars at a time, meaning reduced lead times, appointment waiting times and an even more exceptional experience for customers visiting for BMW and MINI aftersales.
