
Metcalfe Plant Hire Ltd has appointed a new manager.
The Penrith-based plant hire and civil engineering businesses has appointed Paul Morrison as its new plant hire manager.
Paul brings with him 18 years of experience in the plant hire industry and has developed a strong track record in business development, operational management, and equipment rental.
His new role will include supporting the existing hire team, identifying new avenues for development, and bringing in business to help secure future growth.
His focus will also be on representing Metcalfe’s reputation in the market and ensuring a proactive approach to business development.
Paul said he is particularly passionate about getting out and about, reconnecting with old contacts, and spreading the word about Metcalfe’s services.
He added: “I’m here to make an impact. My goal is to continue building on the solid foundation Metcalfe Plant Hire has built over the last 50+ years, and I’m excited to explore new opportunities for growth and sustainability.
“I’m eager to connect with our clients, support our team, and actively work on expanding our reach, particularly in larger machines and contracts, to move the business forward.”
