Elton the Elf

[S]amantha Gargett, of Elton Business Support & sister company Elton Finance, has managed to negotiate the return of Elton the Elf! Together this year they will be helping to raise funds for Eden Valley Hospice/Jigsaw and CFM Cash for Kids Mission Christmas. Has your business signed up yet?

Samantha says “I am overwhelmed how quickly word spread that we are going to run the Elton Elf campaign again this Christmas. We are delighted to say that Cartmell Shepherd Solicitors, Rachel Bell Wealth Management, Arnold Clark Workington, Paramount Legal Costs, Thomson, Hayton Winkley, Estate Agents, Solicitors & Legal Services and North West Hospitality Show have already signed up, which is amazing.”

This years campaign will be slightly different to last year. Here is how your business can be involved.

Option One Limited to 20 (first come first served so be quick!): Your business can be a “Selfie with Elfie” Partner, there are only 20 slots for this to allow time for all the visits and give maximum exposure to each business. This will entail coming to each business and having a selfie with Elton Elf and pics to promote each business. Photos will then be used when the competition opens to the public. Entrants will need to list all 20 business partners that Elton visited which, along with a minimum donation amount, will give them entry to the grand prize draw. The first correct entry drawn will win all of the prizes that have been donated by our grand prize partners. Entrants must be able to collect all of the prizes from Cumbria. The donation for being a “selfie with Elfie” partner is £100.

Option Two: Your business can be a “Grand Prize Partner”. Each business will be asked to donate a prize and will need to give us the value of that prize (individual costs are kept confidential) then the overall grand prize value amount, individual prizes & grand draw partner details will be added to all social media to attract people to enter the competition.

There will also be an “add on” option for partners to be a Competition Entry Point whereby a board showing all of the “selfie with elfie” photos will be displayed and people can place their entries at that point. The entry points will be advertised on all of our social media pages.

Photos will be taken early November. The competition photos will then be released the last week in November to start generating public interest, then people can enter w/c 3 and w/c 10th Dec. The grand prize winner will be announced W/C 17th Dec and the total raised will also be announced.
