People living near the Sellafield nuclear site are warned that they may hear its siren – but to take no action.
The next planned site emergency exercise is due to take place tomorrow, Tuesday, during the evening.
A spokesman said: “As part of the site emergency exercise, the site siren could be sounded. The siren may be heard outside the site, but please take no action.
“We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
