A leading Cumbrian accountant has been called on to judge his peers in a tough industry competition.
Graham Lamont, chief executive of Lamont Pridmore, has been asked by the organisers of the Accounting Excellence Awards to join the judging panel for the 10th year.
Mr Lamont said: said: “It is a real honour to once again be selected as a judge at this top industry accolade. The competition this year was intense, and the entries were of a very high quality.
“Many demonstrated just how essential accountants have been during the last few challenging years and how the profession is supporting success throughout the UK’s economy.”
The shortlist for the Accounting Excellence Awards 2022 is due to be released shortly, with finalists finding out who has won at a ceremony due to be held in London on September 8.
