Carlisle’s Bannatyne gym building is set to get new owners as the site is under offer.
The three-storey building on Kingstown Road was put on the market for £5.1 million with property specialists Allsop.
The sale is unlikely to affect the running of the gym and spa as it is let to Hilton Worldwide Ltd for the next 11 years. It sublets it to Bannatyne.
Allsop said the current passing rent was £380,140 a year, with a guaranteed fixed rental uplift to £440,685 a year in 2024 and £510,873 a year in 2029.
Allsop said it was now under offer.
