Kirkby Lonsdale Post Office has been owned and run by James Kettlewell since 1992, who is now hoping to sell to retire.
It is being sold by specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co.
Occupying a prominent corner plot, the Post Office is considered a hub within the local community. The business faces a busy car park and is surrounded by a mixture of residential and commercial properties.
