Ulverston-based PR and communications firm 32West has opened a new office in Cleator Moor and appointed a new content creator, as the business continues to expand across the county.
The agency, which operates across the North of England and southern Scotland, has appointed Emily Adair, who previously worked in local government communications.
Emily will be based at the new office in the Phoenix Enterprise Centre in Cleator Moor.
The role will support the firm’s growing number of clients in West Cumbria working across a diverse range of businesses in the nuclear, engineering, robotics and emerging technologies sectors.
32West director James Higgins said: “As a business, we are not sector specific; we tell the stories of ambitious companies and organisations large and small from solicitors to accountants and luxury hotels to national retail chains.
“We do have a growing nucleus of clients in West Cumbria, however, with many of them operating in the Sellafield supply chain.
“Emily’s arrival further increases our capability in the region. Emily is an experienced communications professional who has both public and private sector experience and has just returned to Cumbria after a period working in a PR agency in Melbourne, Australia.
“This is a very exciting period for us as the business continues to expand with new clients, colleagues and offices.”
