A human resources expert has established her own business to help Cumbrian SMEs.
Heather Crammond, who lives near Carlisle, has a wealth of change management and human resources experience from over 25 years in corporate roles and started her own franchise, HR Dept Carlisle and Morecambe.
She said: “I realised that I could use my skills for the good of the area I love and that’s why I am so happy to start my own HR Dept franchise here. We have such a wide variety of small businesses in the area, we are a thriving community and I can’t wait to work with more business owners to support their company growth.”
The HR Dept, created in 2002, is a franchisee network of 70 licensees providing outsourced services in the UK, Ireland, and Australia.
