A pop-up temporary camp site is the latest addition to a farm in South Cumbria.
Bull Copy campsite is the idea of Dan Bell and his brothers, whose family farm the area close to Crook near Kendal.
Thirty pitches are available on the site which overlooks some of South Cumbria’s most picturesque countryside.

“We thought carefully about the location to give campers a remote atmosphere yet there’s a pub and restaurant within walking distance,” Dan said. “Pitches are on grass with trees around the two-acre site to provide shelter and shade.”
Recycled pallets have found a new use as a temporary shower block while toilets and running water are also available.
Since opening earlier this month the site has built a loyal clientele with guests from the North East, Liverpool and London already visiting.
The site will be open for 60 days but may return next year if demand is strong.
