H&H Land & Estates is moving its Carlisle office next month.

From Monday, September 2, it will provide its property sales and lettings services, and its full range of land agency and environmental support from a dedicated hub at Borderway on the Rosehill Industrial Estate.

The residential and property division will be based alongside the company’s lettings, land agency, and environmental departments, all already based at this site.

The company said the move is the latest step forward in the strategic development of H&H Land & Estates into a property services provider fit for a rapidly changing market and an increasingly digital future.

It added that the move to Borderway will create a fully integrated H&H Group super-hub shared by sister companies including Harrison & Hetherington and H&H Insurance Brokers.

The property agency service will continue to be provided by the same experienced team, headed up by manager Paul Doyle.

Mr Doyle said he believed the move to Borderway will take estate agency to a completely new level in Carlisle, just as H&H Land & Estates has already achieved across the region.

He said: “H&H Land & Estates has always moved with the times to reflect the changing needs of our clients, and we’re now making this key transition from the high street to reflect the profound changes in the way our customers want to access our services.

“Online and digital technology is transforming the way people access goods and services today, and it creates the opportunity for us to offer huge advantages in the speed and convenience of selling and buying property.

“So we’re combining our traditional professional expertise with the latest in technology to make sure we can help every client to sell or rent their property as easily and advantageously as possible.

“Over the decades, H&H Land & Estates has helped many thousands of people in Carlisle and north Cumbria to buy and sell their properties successfully.

“Now we are very excited to be moving ourselves so we can continue to maintain the traditions of our outstanding property service with the cutting-edge technology and the resources that our Borderway hub will provide.”
