A founder of a Cumbrian HR firm has been nominated for a prestigious northern award.
Rebecca Bird, founder and CEO of Precision HR, has been shortlisted in the One to Watch category at the 2025 Northern Power Women Awards.
The Northern Power Women Awards, now in its ninth year, is the largest celebration of gender equality in Europe.
The awards recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and organisations that are driving positive change and promoting gender equality across the North of England. The One to Watch category honours emerging leaders who have demonstrated significant talent and promise in their respective fields.
Rebecca, who has over 25 years of experience in human resources, said: “I am deeply honoured to be nominated for the award at the Northern Power Women Awards. This recognition is not just a personal milestone but a testament to the hard work done via Precision HR.
