Cumbrian manufacturing firm McMenon has continued to make its mark globally with the addition of two new key appointments.
McMenon has recently welcomed a business manager and engineering and projects manager to its product manufacturing facility in Workington.
Lucy Kennedy has joined McMenon as business manager. It is a new role for McMenon that will prove crucial support as it continues to employ more people in Workington and across the globe.
Lucy will use her previous experience in training and HR within the engineering sector to provide support in a number of areas including training, HR, facilities, employee experience and more.
Prafulla Reddy has joined McMenon as its new engineering and projects manager. Prafulla has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, specialising in pipeline integrity and asset management. He will be working on some of their key projects across the globe and in particular the US, focusing on innovation and excellence.
The two new appointments will play an instrumental role in helping to drive the company’s continued growth across the globe, while also focusing on delivering excellence and innovation, it said.
