Businesses in Cumberland are being given the opportunity to apply for small grants of up to £10,000 for equipment purchase.
The grants are supported by Cumberland Council through the Rural England Prosperity Fund, with the aim of funding the purchase of equipment to help businesses grow, diversify, innovate and improve productivity.
Grants are available to small and micro businesses throughout the Cumberland area, excluding those in central Carlisle areas.
The application is a simple one stage process with no financial annexes needed.
