A Cumbrian HR firm is celebrating its first birthday.
Precision HR Limited was founded by Rebecca Bird, an HR professional with over 25 years of experience, and has been shortlisted as one to watch in the Northern Power Women Awards.
Rebecca said: “Reaching our one-year milestone is a testament to dedication and hard work. I look forward to continuing to provide exceptional HR services to our clients.
“Our goal is to continue challenging conventional HR practices and provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of HR departments and SMEs. We are grateful for the support of our clients and partners.”
Rebecca has also made significant charitable contributions in memory of her father. She committed to donating £30 to Eden Valley Hospice for each new client, on top of her Club 24 membership donation.
She said: “When dad passed away, I partnered with Eden Valley Hospice and joined Club 24. I committed to donating £30 for each new client in memory of dad. I am delighted to say that I have donated £800 up to December.”
She is also a member of the NSPCC Cumbria Corporate board, leading the new NSPCC Cumbria Business Group, which will bring local businesses together to elevate NSPCC’s profile and raise funds in Cumbria.
