
Owners of a popular Lake District café have successfully completed their lease renewal – marking a new chapter in the venue’s history.
Philip and Judith Dixon have operated The Bluebird Café on the shores of Coniston Water for may years and it is a beloved destination for locals and visitors.
The renewal was handled by Stuart Bailey, solicitor at Thomson Hayton Winkley Solicitors, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
