Cumbrian financial services company Stan Sherlock Associates has introduced an unlimited leave policy for its team in 2026.
The policy removes fixed holiday limits and gives employees the autonomy to manage their own time responsibly, in line with business needs, the Carlisle-based firm said.
The firm said the move reflected its belief in its people and its commitment to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
It said it believed it was among the first in Cumbria to adopt this approach, and was possibly the first within the local financial services sector.
