Cumbrian technology company Createc has been formally presented with its fourth King’s Award for Enterprise.
The award recognises the company’s continued success in international trade and sustained growth across overseas markets.
The presentation took place at Createc’s headquarters in Cockermouth last week, where the Lord Lieutenant of Cumbria, Alexander Scott, visited the business to present the prestigious award to the team in front of the team.
The King’s Award for Enterprise is one of the UK’s highest business honours and celebrates outstanding achievement across areas including international trade, innovation and sustainable development.
Createc’s latest award reflects the strength of its global operations and the impact of its advanced technologies, which are deployed by customers around the world in a vast range of sectors across nuclear, transport and public infrastructure.

Founded in 2010, Createc has built a strong reputation for innovation across sectors including nuclear, robotics, imaging and artificial intelligence.
The company employs more than 60 people across offices in Cumbria, Oxford, Tokyo and Oslo, with exports forming a major part of its business.
