Cumbrian HR consultancy Realise HR has joined North East-based Stephenson Capital to support the firm’s continued expansion across the North of England and Scotland.
Realise HR will continue to be led by founder and CEO Claire McLean, with no changes to services, leadership or day-to-day operations.
The firm said joining Stephenson Capital would give the firm access to a wider network of business leaders, operators and partnerships while maintaining its independent culture and approach.
Stephenson Capital operates a long-term ownership model focused on developing specialist businesses with strong growth potential, providing strategic support while allowing leadership teams to continue running their companies.

Realise HR will continue operating from Cumbria as Realise HR Ltd.
