Armstrong Watson has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award.
It has been named as a finalist in the British Business Awards in the Employer of the Year category.
The business, which employs more than 800 staff and was named in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work in 2025, is the only professional services firm to be one of the eight shortlisted in the category, which also includes Highland Spring Group, Stagecoach and ROL Cruise.
Winners will be revealed at a ceremony in Edinburgh on April 30. Special guest is George Clooney, keynote speaker is Sir Bob Geldof and co-hosts are Rob Brydon and Elaine C Smith.
Armstrong Watson’s CEO and managing partner Paul Dickson said: “We are so pleased to have been recognised in the Employer of the Year category – and it is only possible because of the collective effort, professionalism and generosity of our people.
“Fostering a working environment where staff feel valued, supported and empowered, and where they have opportunities to progress in their career is hugely important to us as a business.”
The awards will raise funds for UK homelessness charity, Social Bite, with a target of helping to raise over £1 million, alongside a fundraising dinner held by the charity the night before.
